As the founder of Dharma Life Foundation and Managing Director of it’s for proﬁt entity Gajam India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Gaurav Mehta leads the team at Dharma Life from the front. It is indeed Mr. Mehta’s vision of inclusive progress for rural India that percolates through the entire organization. He handles the crucial task of ensuring the self-sufficiency of Dharma Life through its commercial entity Gajam India Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Lucio Baron supports Dharma Life on strategy. He is a McKinsey consultant specializing in sales force size and structure strategy. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School.
AMr. Nicolas B. Leschke works as a strategy coach for young Entrepreneurs. For the past 7 years, Mr. Leschke has focused his efforts on entrepreneurship. He worked as Business Development Director for Entrepreneurs’ Organization in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. During that period he established the Accelerator Program in Germany, a catalyst for young.
Mr. Siddharth Mathur supports Dharma Life on Product Strategy. He is currently working with Mattel as Senior Vice President. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Admin- istration (MBA) from the London Business School.
Mr. Agarwal is currently leading the Business Development of Sterlite Technologies. In his current role, he evaluates new business avenues, which have synergies with current manufacturing operations. Prior to Sterlite Technologies, Mr. Agarwal worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Deutsche Bank (London). He played a significant role
Mr. Rahul Kapoor supports Dharma Life on Product Strategy. He is currently working with Cordis for EMEA. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School and an Engineering Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
Mr. Vivek Makhija supports the Sales Division at Dharma Life. He has a rich experience of the working in the consumer goods sector; having worked with Cadbury. He is currently working with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Makhija holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School.
Mr. John Reade supports Dharma Life’s energy product portfolio and supply chain development. He has worked as a strategy consultant for Samsung Corporation with a focus on consumer products. He has developed the Whirlpool Corporation’s strategy around Smart Grid, which was awarded the US Department of Energy Smart Grid grant of$40m. At General Electric, he developed high efficiency lighting solutions.
Mrs. Sonu Bhasin is the Founder and Managing Partner of FAB – Families and Business, a platform for Family Business Owners. She works with select clients to solve issues around Succession Planning, Family conflicts and Lack of Family Unity – all of which affect the Family Business.
Mrs. Andreas R. Kirchschläger is the CEO of the ELEA Foundation for Ethics in Globalization and the President of the Max Schmidheiny Foundation. He serves as a board member of the HSG Foundation, GCA Altium AG, PG Impact Investments AG and some of the ELEA Foundation’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Achievement Asset Management LLC (AAM ) in May 2012, Mr. Parekh served as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, London. At Morgan Stanley, he was the European Head and Global co-head of Financial Institutions, Capital Markets.
Mr. Pradeep Pursnani joined Shell Foundation in early 2010 to run its expanding clean cookstoves program. Mr. Pursnani now serves as a Deputy Director and is responsible for operational management of programs and strategy development for future investments at Shell Foundation.
