Dharmalife Foundation established in 2012, is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. The organisation has been granted exemption under section 12AA & 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Moreover, we has been registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (FCRA) for carrying out educational and social activities on 05-10-2018. The registration has been further renewed for a period of 05 years with effect from 05-10-2023.
We have also received Equivalency Determination Certification determining Dharmalife equivalent of a U.S. public charity under IRS Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a) of the tax code, valid till 31-12-2025.
Dharmalife ensures accountability and transparency of our organisational practices and operations to comply with the prevailing laws, and ensure efficient utilisation of funds.
